📝 Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of matcha (ceremonial grade preferred)
- 1 very ripe mango
- 200 ml of milk (vegetable or not)
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup or honey (optional)
- Ice
👩🍳 Preparation:
- Cut the mango into pieces and blend it with the syrup to obtain a smooth purée.
- Prepare your matcha by whisking it with 60 ml of hot water (70–80°C).
- In a large glass, add the ice cubes.
- Pour in the mango puree, then the cold milk.
- Finish with matcha to create a pretty tropical green gradient.
