📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of matcha (ceremonial grade preferred)
  • 1 very ripe mango
  • 200 ml of milk (vegetable or not)
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup or honey (optional)
  • Ice

👩🍳 Preparation:

  1. Cut the mango into pieces and blend it with the syrup to obtain a smooth purée.
  2. Prepare your matcha by whisking it with 60 ml of hot water (70–80°C).
  3. In a large glass, add the ice cubes.
  4. Pour in the mango puree, then the cold milk.
  5. Finish with matcha to create a pretty tropical green gradient.

✨ Stir lightly and enjoy!
