📝 Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of matcha (ceremonial grade recommended)
- 100g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 200 ml of vegetable milk (almond, oat, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup or honey
- Ice
👩🍳 Preparation:
- Blend the raspberries with the agave syrup to obtain a smooth coulis.
- Prepare your matcha by whisking it with 60 ml of hot water (70–80 °C) until you obtain a fine foam.
- In a glass, add the ice cubes then pour in the raspberry coulis.
- Add the plant-based milk, then gently pour in the matcha to form a gradient.
