📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of matcha (ceremonial grade recommended)
  • 100g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 200 ml of vegetable milk (almond, oat, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup or honey
  • Ice

👩🍳 Preparation:

  1. Blend the raspberries with the agave syrup to obtain a smooth coulis.
  2. Prepare your matcha by whisking it with 60 ml of hot water (70–80 °C) until you obtain a fine foam.
  3. In a glass, add the ice cubes then pour in the raspberry coulis.
  4. Add the plant-based milk, then gently pour in the matcha to form a gradient.

  • You can replace the raspberries with strawberries or blueberries.
