📝 Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of our ginger matcha (ceremonial quality)
- 200 ml of very cold oat milk
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 60 ml of hot water (70–80°C)
- Ice
👩🍳 Preparation:
- Whisk the ginger matcha and hot water together until smooth and frothy.
- Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled oat milk over the ice cubes.
- Gently add the matcha-ginger mixture on top for a nice gradient "latte" effect.
