📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of our ginger matcha (ceremonial quality)
  • 200 ml of very cold oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 60 ml of hot water (70–80°C)
  • Ice

👩🍳 Preparation:

  1. Whisk the ginger matcha and hot water together until smooth and frothy.
  2. Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the chilled oat milk over the ice cubes.
  4. Gently add the matcha-ginger mixture on top for a nice gradient "latte" effect.
  5. Add a drizzle of syrup if you like a sweet version.
